I'm in my after class buzz and I just want to say that I'm happy to be teaching yoga again. It feels so good...

Himalayan salt rock crystal lamp

We recently put a himalayan salt crystal lamp in Alex's. Since we’ve put one in his room, he’s actually been sleeping through the night. It’s done wonders for all of our morale!

We purchased it from the Healthy Choices on Topsail Rd, but you can get them at most health food stores. It only cost about $30 and was well worth it! We'll probably get one for our room as well!

Healing time

During these last couple of weeks, I have been going through a healing time. An inward time. A quiet time.

It feels as though I am starting to emerge.

It is my prayer to emerge fully healed, transformed.
